  • Rock Asana: Yoga to Pink Floyd - LAST CHANCE

    Final week! Don't miss this week's flow to Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon album.


    Yoga with Practice Open on Saturday mornings to the tunes of great rock and roll artists. 

    Four weeks only:

    • January 25th – The Beatles
    • February 1st – The Doors
    • February 8th – Steve Miller Band
    • February 15th – Pink Floyd, “Dark Side of the Moon” Album (FINAL WEEK)


    Rock Asana will be held at 9am in the Norman P. Murray Community Center, 24932 Veterans Way, Mission Viejo, CA 92692.

    No experience necessary. $12 single class drop-ins register at front desk. Proceeds support the treatment and cure of mental illness.
