Fall into yoga with Practice Open. Meet on Sunday, October 14th at 10am for FREE yoga in the park.

Bring a mat or beach towel. Donations support mental health.

DIRECTIONS:

- From La Paz Road, turn into Veterans Way

- At the Norman P. Murray Community & Senior Center, turn right into the parking lot

- Continue to the far end of the parking lot

- From the parking lot, walk towards the trees and outdoor gym

Practice Open is located on the Village Green at Oso Viejo Community Park in Mission Viejo.
