Yoga for Mental Health: Two Saturday Sessions Remain

Increase strength and flexibility as well as reduce stress with Practice Open yoga.

Two Saturday sessions remain in our new Fall Saturday Series at the N.P. Murray Community Center. September 21 and October 5, 2019 at 9am

All experience levels welcome. Bring a yoga mat or beach towel. Proceeds support mental health.
